You know them for their incredible ramen and butter mochi at farmer’s markets, and for their seasonal tacos, specials & sandwiches at pop-ups and breweries around Seattle. These PNW-grown folks are none other than PIDGIN COOPERATIVE, formerly known as Brothers & Co., and their food is always fresh, and delicious, and community-minded!
We’re hosting our friends from Pidgin Cooperative at Tivoli for an evening of great food, great drink, and a crowdfunding kickoff for their new brick & mortar space.
Tickets get you in the door for a beautiful feast, all-you-can-eat-buffet-style, plus a party drink ticket! You can expect:

Hildegard @ Tivoli
On Thursday, April 24, Howard & Rosa of Hildegard Ferments & Botanicals will be pouring some of the most nourishing libations from the smallest brewery & apothecary in Seattle! COME TASTE WITH US!
Guided by the seasons and flavors of the Pacific Northwest, Hildegard’s offerings tell a story of place, time, and relationship. The magic of fermentation and the allure of plants and herbalism are all cultured together in these brews, and offerings range from spelt ale to plum beer & ale to jun!
There will be tastes, glasses, and bottles available to take home or enjoy at Tivoli. All pairs well with pizza. See you soon.

Midwest Tavern Night
Put on your tavern-tinted glasses and come over for dice, Midwestern Food Trivia(TM), and a freakin’ MEAT RAFFLE.
This can only mean one thing: MIDWESTERN TAVERN NIGHT at Tivoli, and we’re celebrating with our favorite things from growing up and coming of age in the Midwest, as well as recent pilgrimages (specifically, honoring AK’s search for the best tavern pizza!).
Ticket includes dinner, dessert, and a meat raffle entry ticket. Drinks & extra raffle tickets available for purchase at the event.

Gonzales Wine Company Tasting @ Tivoli
Portland-based Latina Winemaker, Cristina Gonzales of Gonzales Wine Company, will be pouring her wines at Tivoli on Thursday, Dec. 5 from 5 - 7pm. Come discover low-intervention red and white wines made with locally-sourced grapes, including her Malbec which pairs perfectly with Tivoli's delicious pizza!

Piemonte @ Tivoli: Ca' del Baio Winemaker Dinner

Join us for an evening celebrating the beautiful wines of Ca’ del Baio and the Grassa family with Federica Grassa at Tivoli on Thursday, 10/24!
The Grassa family has been making wine in the Langhe & Piedmont region of Italy for four generations, and today their estate is composed of 31 hectares of vineyards in Barbaresco, Treiso, and Trezzo Tinella. From white to red, some regionally-typical varieties and some more international, all of Ca’ del Baio’s wines are estate-grown and all come from a single grape variety.
A multi-course meal from the hearts and minds at Tivoli will be paired with these special wines, celebrating the winemaking process and philosophy, the importance of place and family, and the joy of sharing food and drink together.

From Berkeley, With Love: An Evening with Fra'Mani

This five-course meal will champion Fra'mani's beautifully cured pork, as well as seasonal highlights from our Cascadia breadbasket.

Join us at Tivoli for an unforgettable evening to celebrate Kristina Cho’s new cookbook, Chinese Enough! This special dinner takes inspiration from Cho’s Chinese-American recipes; cuisine infused with Midwestern nostalgia, hospitality, and the best seasonal ingredients from the Pacific Northwest.
The menu will marry beloved Chinese flavors and dishes with Tivoli’s equally dear philosophy of food: draw from tradition, but don’t let it hinder you, make it delicious, and take care of one another. Dessert is being handled by the incredible pastry team at Saint Bread, who hosted Kristina a couple years ago for her last cookbook, Mooncakes and Milk Bread! We are elated to collaborate with Kristina again.

Attention, lovers of the East Coast, West Coast, and the heart of it all in between: Chef of Tivoli, Jim McGurk, and Chef Sedrick Livingston of Delancey, present to you: EAST MEETS (MID)WEST: A Sunday Dinner!
Jim hails from Wisconsin, and Sedrick from New Jersey; they’ve both worked and dined their way around the country, and now call Seattle home. This menu is a celebration of friendship, food, and the comfort of cooking something from home to share with friends and family anywhere. It’s buddies cooking for buddies. You’re invited!
