Postale is a cocktail bar and retail wine shop, tucked in the back of Tivoli in Fremont, Seattle.
Postale holds some of our favorite bottles from around the world to drink here and to take away, and an assortment of cocktails that are a love letter to the craft of bartending. Our wine bar and selection was born out of nostalgia for where we have been, and longing to be content where we are - a feeling often comforted by good drink and nourishing food, prepared in the kitchen of our mother space, Tivoli.
